Terms of Service & Liability Waiver

1. Services Provided: Seniors Helper provides non-medical home care, companionship, hospital visit accompaniment, and general support services as agreed upon by both parties.

2. Fees and Payment: Rates are set at $25 for 1 hour or $40 for 2 hours. Payments are due upon receipt of services unless an invoice schedule is otherwise established.

3. Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 1 hour of service.

4. Liability Statement: Seniors Helper functions strictly in a non-medical capacity. The client and guarantor agree to hold harmless Seniors Helper for any medical emergencies or incidents beyond reasonable care control.
